The exam is online, 25 multiple-choice questions, taking 30 minutes, administered directly through the buildingSMART Qualification Platform. The pass mark is 75%, well within reach with the course material and the included mock exam.

If you don't pass, one paid re-examination is available, so a single missed attempt doesn't mean starting over. (If that second attempt isn't successful either, the approved training needs to be completed once more before a further try, we'll send you the fee and booking details if that's ever needed.) Tylko Academy is an official buildingSMART Registered Training Provider, and on top of the buildingSMART certificate, you also receive a Tylko Academy certificate confirming you completed the training. If you'd like, you can also opt in to appear in buildingSMART's official Professional Registry, a public, searchable record of certified professionals, which typically goes live two to three weeks after you give consent.
